ESF EXPLORE Tennis for Improvers
Ages 7-9 years
- Develop basic tennis fundamentals
- Orange level low compression tennis balls are used to fast track student improvement to promote proper technique and rally skills
- Fun and dynamic learning environment
- Confidently perform all basic tennis strokes including Forehand, Backhand, Volley & introduction to Serve with correct technique
- Players are introduced to serving mechanics, return positioning, and tactical awareness through progressive drills and match play.
- To increase self-esteem through achievable skill goals and challenges
- To perform a basic rally with either coach or students and prepare athletes to transition to Green Ball by reinforcing technical fundamentals and fostering competitive resilience.
- All children are required to bring their own Tennis rackets to class
